摘要

Abstract

Spinal tuberculosis is a common extrapulmonary tuberculosis and a type of orthopedic disease that seriously threatens human health.The incidence of spine tuberculosis accounts for about 50%of bone and joint tuberculosis.There are still challenges in the current research on spinal tuberculosis:Its pathogenesis is still not fully understood,the treatment of patients with multi-drug-resistant tuberculosis,the treatment of tuberculosis combined with immune-related diseases,and the selection of implant materials.The use of animal models can circumvent the limitations of human ethical trial review and space-time constraints.There have been a large number of literature reports at home and abroad on various animal models of spinal tuberculosis.This article reviews the research progress and surgical modeling operations of spinal tuberculosis animal models by reviewing relevant domestic and foreign literature.
