摘要

Abstract

Due to its unique physicochemical properties and biocompatibility,carbon nanotube composite hydrogel shows great potential for application in biomedical fields such as nerve repair,bone repair and drug slow release,and can be used as a new biomedical material in the fields of neural tissue engineering,bone tissue engineering,and drug slow release.In nerve repair:Carbon nanotube composite hydrogel can promote nerve reconstruction and functional recovery,research shows that nerve cells on carbon nanotube composite hydrogel showed good growth and differentiation ability,providing a suitable growth environment for nerve cells,which is conducive to the proliferation of nerve cells and improve the rate of nerve repair.In the field of bone repair:Studies have shown that carbon nanotube composite hydrogel can simulate the extracellular environment of bone cells,which is conducive to the proliferation and differentiation of bone cells and the formation of new bone,thus accelerating the repair process of bone tissue.Moreover,the doped carbon nanotubes significantly improve the mechanical properties and biological activity of the hydrogel,which is conducive to the regeneration of bone tissue,making it more suitable as a scaffold material for bone tissue engineering.The special three-dimensional structure of carbon nanotube composite hydrogel can be used as a drug carrier with controlled drug slow release as well as efficient drug loading ability,which provides a new way to realize precise drug therapy,especially in localized and targeted therapy showing better application prospects.Studies have shown that carbon nanotube composite hydrogels facilitate the expression of cardiac troponin and connexin,which is beneficial to the growth,proliferation,and functionalization of cardiac tissues,and is an ideal material for the repair of cardiac tissues and the preparation of artificial cardiac tissues.In conclusion,as a new type of biomaterial,carbon nanotube composite hydrogels have great potential for application in nerve and bone tissue repair,cardiac tissue engineering,and drug sustained release systems.Their unique properties,such as physicochemical properties and biocompatibility,provide new opportunities for biomedical applications,and carbon nanotube composite hydrogels will play a crucial role in future biomedical research and clinical applications.
