The scientific connotation and cultivation paths of new quality productive forces in water conservancy

Abstract
To promote the high-quality development of water conservancy in the new stage and drive the profound transformation of the industry through new quality productive forces in water conservancy,this paper analyzes the historical inevitability of the development of new quality productive forces in water conservancy based on summarizing the five stages of the evolution of productive forces.It clarifies the scientific connotation of new quality productive forces in water conservancy,proposing that new quality productive forces in water conservancy exhibit four core features:innovation-driven,high-quality,digitalized,and green-oriented.The paper further elucidates the new qualities of labor,means of labor,and objects of labor of the new quality productive forces in water conservancy.Finally,the cultivation paths of new quality productive forces in water conservancy are proposed,including optimizing the construction of water conservancy talent team to enhance the comprehensive quality of laborers,promoting the construction of water conservancy technology industry to accelerate the innovation of labor materials,vigorously enhancing water conservancy innovation capabilities to digitalize labor objects,and strengthening the rigid constraints of water resources to optimize the combination of labor,means of labor,and objects of labor.关键词
