黄河流域高质量发展对生态保护的影响机理研究
The impact mechanism of high-quality development on ecological protection in the Yellow River Basin

Abstract
For ecologically sensitive regions such as the Yellow River Basin,studying the positive role of these regions in promoting ecological protection during the process of advancing high-quality development and the underlying mechanisms holds profound strategic significance and practical value.Taking the panel data of nine provincial-level regions in the Yellow River Basin from 2011 to 2022 as the research sample,this paper constructs an evaluation index system for ecological protection and high-quality development.The entropy weight method and the weighting method of additivity are employed to measure the ecological protection index and high-quality development level of the nine provincial-level regions.Four variables,including ecological water use,cultivated land area,urbanization,and informatization,are selected as control variables,and a fixed-effect model is used to examine the overall impact of high-quality development on ecological protection.To further explore its influence mechanism,considering the influencing factors of ecological protection and high-quality development,this paper introduces human capital as a mediating variable and environmental regulation as a moderating variable to conduct mediating effect and moderating effect tests.The results show that high-quality development has a significant promoting effect on ecological protection;human capital has a mediating role in the process of high-quality development affecting ecological protection;and environmental regulation exerts a positive moderating effect on the promoting effect of high-quality development on ecological protection.关键词
