聚酰亚胺微粒改性高强度复合泡沫材料的性能及组织研究
Study on Properties and Microstructure of High-strength Composite Foams Modified by Polyimide Microparticles

Abstract
Composite foams are lightweight composites widely used in marine and aerospace fields.The article employs two types of polyimide(PI)microparticles,namely heterocyclic polyimide containing pyrimidine rings(PI-1)and ether anhydride polyimide(PI-2),to modify the epoxy resin matrix and composite foams.It investigates the effects of PI microparticles on the compressive properties and microstructure of epoxy resin(EP)and composite foams,explores the influence of the two types of PI on the interfacial bonding strength between the matrix and hollow glass microspheres(HGMs),and discusses the reinforcement mechanisms.The results show that when the mass fraction of the two thermoplastic PI microparticles does not exceed 6%,they are uniformly distributed in the EP matrix.The PI microparticles dissolve during the precuring stage and precipitate as nanoscale particles in the matrix with the formation of the cross-linked network.The addition of PI microparticles improves the interfacial bonding between HGMs and the matrix,forming a unique micro-nano-hybrid reinforcement structure that effectively hinders crack propagation and further enhances the compressive properties of composite foams.In particular,when the mass fraction of PI-1 is 6%,the compressive strength increases to 162.4 MPa without increasing the density,while the fracture toughness remains essentially unchanged.关键词
