Abstract

A rare-earth complex loaded with molecular sieve light conversion agent Eu-Gd-Phen@MCM-41 was prepared at room temperature,and a biodegradable EVA red-light agricultural film was prepared using this light conversion agent.The effects of preparation conditions and illumination time on the fluorescence intensity of the light conversion agent and the red-light agricultural film were investigated.The results showed that the appropriate molar ratio for preparing the rare-earth complex light conversion agent Eu-Gd-Phen@MCM-41 was n(Eu3++Gd3+)∶n(Phen)=1∶3 and n(Eu3+)∶n(Gd3+)=1∶1.The optical properties of the EVA composite film doped with Eu0.5Gd0.5Phen3@MCM-41 converter were stable and not easily photobleached.Fluorescence spectroscopy analysis indicated that the red-light film had significant absorption of ultraviolet light,demonstrating its ability to transform UV light.Meanwhile,it emitted red light beneficial for plant growth,with a peak position at 616 nm.The red-light film has potential and value for application in red-light agricultural films.
