Abstract

In order to solve the electromagnetic interference and pollution problems caused by electronic communication equipment,lavender distillation residue(LDR)and carbon fiber(CF)were selected to design and prepare resin-based electromagnetic shielding composites with multi-layer structure by molding process.Composites were characterized using universal testing machine,micro-ohmmeter,dynamic thermomechanical analyzer(DMA),scanning electron microscope(SEM),and vector network analyzer.The results showed that when the CF mass fraction was 40%and the LDR mass fraction was 20%,the bending performance of blended composite was best,and the conductivity was 19.61 S/m.When CF was used as the panel material,the flexural strength of multilayer composite material was best,which was 84.96 MPa.SEM results showed that in multi-layer materials,the boundaries between layers were clear,and no mixing phenomenon occurred.The thermal stability of multilayer materials was better than that of blended materials,but in terms of hydrophobic properties,blended materials performed better.Electromagnetic shielding effectiveness(EMI SE)analysis showed that there were a large number of interfaces inside the blended material,which showed better electromagnetic shielding performance.
