聚乙烯醇/壳聚糖复合膜的制备及其对亚甲基蓝的吸附性能研究

Abstract
Mongolian oak wood vinegar(WV)and cinnamon extract(CW)were introduced into the matrix solution of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)and chitosan(CS),and the composite membranes PVA/CS,PVA/CS/WV,PVA/CS/CW,and PVA/CS/WV/CW were prepared by casting.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Fourier infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and mechanical property tests were used to characterize the composite membranes and investigate the adsorption effect of the composite membranes on methylene blue.The results showed that the mechanical properties of the four composite membranes were stronger than those of the CS membranes,in which the tensile strength of PVA/CS/CW was increased by 40.76%and 6.99%compared with that of PVA/CS and CS film,respectively,and the elongation at break was increased by 112.81%compared with that of the CS film.The adsorption processes of the four composite membranes conformed to the quasi-second-order kinetic model,and the adsorption performance of PVA/CS/CW was stronger than that of the other three composite membranes.At the initial concentration of methylene blue of 40 mg/L and the adsorption time of 45 min,the adsorption rate of methylene blue by PVA/CS/CW composite membrane was 31.40%,and the maximum equilibrium adsorption amount was 4.609 0 mg/g.The mechanical and adsorption properties of the PVA/CS membrane can be improved by adding CW,which indicates that PVA/CS/CW has the potential to be used in the use of packaging membrane and the treatment of methylene blue wastewater.关键词
