Abstract
Melamine(MA)-cyanuric acid(CA)co-modified graphene oxide(MGO)was used as the functional filler,and polyamide 66/melamine-cyanuric acid co-modified graphene oxide(PA66/MGO)composite films were prepared by formic acid dissolution-casting-hot pressing process.Firstly,the modification effect of melamine-cyanuric acid on the surface of graphene oxide(GO)was confirmed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Raman spectroscopy,and thermogravimetric analysis(TG).Then,the effects of MGO content on the structure,crystallization behavior,mechanical properties,and UV resistance properties of the composite films were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),mechanical testing,and UV protection testing systems.The results showed that the co-modification of melamine-cyanuric acid significantly improved the dispersion and interface compatibility of GO in PA66,and the breaking strength of PA66 increased from 49.50 MPa to 92.47 MPa,and the crystallinity increased from 46.3%to 49.1%when the mass fraction of MGO was 0.3%.The results of UV resistance test showed that when the mass fraction of MGO was 0.3%,the ultraviolet protection coefficient(UPF)of PA66/MGO film could reach 58.15,and the transmittance of long-wave ultraviolet and medium-wave ultraviolet was reduced to 4.60%and 0.89%,respectively,which was significantly better than that of the same amount of unmodified GO system and blank PA66 film.关键词
