青少年冰雪运动风险行为的规避机制——基于有调节的中介模型
Aversion Mechanisms of Risk Behaviors of Adolescents in Ice and Snow Sports:Based on Moderated Mediation Model

Abstract
In order to explore the aversion mechanisms of risk behaviors of adolescents in ice and snow sports,this study constructs a moderated mediation model to investigate the impact of adolescents'risk cognition on risk behavior in ice and snow sports,and to reveal the mediating role of state anxiety and the moderating role of self-efficacy.Through the Adolescents'Risk Cognition and Risk Behavior in Ice and Snow Sports Questionnaire,the State Anxiety Scale,and the General Self-Efficacy Scale,it uses cross-sectional survey method to investigate a total of 1 405 adolescents.Results:The risk cognition of adolescents is at a poor level,and they conduct more risk behaviors in ice and snow sports;Adolescents'risk cognition significantly negatively predicts their risk behaviors in ice and snow sports,and state anxiety plays a"masking effect"in the process;And self-efficacy significantly moderates the influence of risk cognition on state anxiety in ice and snow sports.Conclusions:The current situation of adolescents'risk cognition and risk behavior in ice and snow sports is not optimistic;Adolescents'risk cognition is a crucial factor influencing on their risk behavior in ice and snow sports,and indirectly affects the risk behavior in ice and snow sports through state anxiety;And self-efficacy can buffer the negative impact of risk cognition on state anxiety in ice and snow sports.Suggestions:The collaborative education of"family,school,and society"is conducted to promote adolescents'risk cognition education in ice and snow sports;Emotional recognition and regulation is applied to effectively manage adolescents'state anxiety;The double empowerment of"skills+psychological training"is constructed to comprehensively enhance adolescents'self-efficacy.关键词
