投料工艺对钢纤维混凝土抗压强度影响的试验研究
Experimental study on the influence of different feeding process on the compressive strength of steel fiber reinforced concrete

Abstract
To investigate how the relationship between fiber distribution and the feeding process affects the performance of steel fiber reinforced concrete(SFRC),five distinct feeding methods were developed by adjusting the feeding sequence and mixing time,without altering the concrete mix proportions.The influence of these methods on the compressive strength of SFRC cube specimens was then evaluated.The results show that,compared with the baseline method(simultaneous addition of cementitious materials,aggregates,and fibers),feeding method 1(pre-mixing coarse and fine aggregates with fibers for 60 seconds)led to a slight reduction in compressive strength for bundled fiber specimens.In contrast,the other four feeding methods resulted in varying degrees of strength enhancement.The optimal feeding method should be selected based on fiber type:method 3(sequential addition of coarse/fine aggregates and fibers)is recommended for wavy and bundled fibers,while method 5(a modified version of method 3 with an adjusted feeding sequence and extended mixing time)is optimal for hooked-end fibers.关键词
