盐蚀环境对沥青混合料性能的影响
Effect of Salt-erosion Environment on Performance of Asphalt Mixture

Abstract
To explore the deterioration mechanism of asphalt mixture durability in salt-erosion environments,AC-13 asphalt mixture was taken as the research object.Through short-term(7 d)and long-term(28 d)salt solution(Na2SO4 and NaCl)immersion,dry-wet cycling and freeze-thaw cycling treatments,combined with rutting tests,beam bending tests,splitting tests,infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy,the deterioration laws of mixture performance under the influence of salt type,concentration and environmental coupling were systematically analyzed.The results show that under short-term salt erosion,with the increase of salt solution concentration,the high and low temperature performance and water stability of asphalt mixture significantly decrease,and the deterioration effect of Na2SO4 solution is stronger than that of NaCl at the same concentration.In long-term erosion,the splitting strength continuously decreases with the increase of erosion time.The influence degree of different erosion conditions is ranked as:Salt-freeze-thaw>water-freeze-thaw>salt-dry-wet>water-dry-wet>salt immersion>water immersion.Through infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy analysis,it is found that salt has no chemical erosion on asphalt,and salt crystals form dense accumulation inside the asphalt mixture.The crystallization pressure generated leads to the expansion of micro-cracks,structural damage of the mixture,as well as the progressive attenuation of its mechanical properties.Sulfates are more destructive than chlorides due to their easy aggregation characteristics.关键词
