摘要

Abstract

This study took the local conventional flat planting mode of peanut after wheat as the control,and analyzed the effects of ridge planting on soil nutrients,enzyme activity and peanut yield in the 0~20 cm plough layer.The aim was to provide a scientific basis for improving soil physical and chemical properties and increasing crop production efficiency.The results showed that within the 0~20 cm plough layer,ridge planting significantly increased soil nutrient content and enzyme activity differently.There was no significant difference in pH value.The organic matter,total nitrogen,available potassium,exchangeable calcium and exchangeable magnesium contents increased extremely significant respectively compared with the control,and available phosphorus increased significant.The activities of catalase and acid phosphatase under ridge planting in-creased significantly respectively.And the activities of sucrose and urease increased extremely significant.Yield analysis indicated that the peanut yield under ridge planting was 427.78 kg/acre,which was significant-ly increased by 20.11%compared with the control.Correlation analysis showed that soil nutrients were posi-tively correlated with enzyme activities.The soil organic matter was significantly positively correlated with su-crase and acid phosphatase;total nitrogen was significantly positively correlated with catalase,urease and acid phosphatase,and extremely significantly positively correlated with sucrase;available phosphorus was signifi-cantly positively correlated with catalase and urease;available potassium was significantly positively correlated with catalase and urease,and extremely significantly positively correlated with sucrase;exchangeable calcium was significantly positively correlated with catalase and urease,and extremely significantly positively correlated with sucrase;exchangeable magnesium was extremely significantly positively correlated with catalase and su-crase,and significantly positively correlated with urease.In addition,peanut yield was positively correlated with soil nutrient content and enzyme activity,and the correlations with available potassium,exchangeable cal-cium and urease activity reached a significant level.
