工业废弃物替代碳酸钙对石灰石煅烧黏土水泥影响研究
Study on the effect of industrial wastes replacing calcium carbonate in limestone calcined clay cement

Abstract
The study on the feasibility of replacing calcium carbonate in Limestone Calcined Clay Cement(LC3)is helpful to promote the resource utilization of industrial waste and reduce energy consumption.LC3 was prepared by substituting calcium carbonate with fly ash,coal gangue powder,waste concrete powder and mineral powder at replacement levels of 50%and 100%.The effects of these substitutions on the fluidity,water absorption and mechanical strength of LC3 was studied by means of compressive and flexural strength tests,water absorption tests and particle-size analysis.The results showed that,after 90 days of curing,the fluidity of LC3 mortar prepared by 50%mineral powder instead of calcium carbonate was significantly improved,and the compressive and flexural strengths reached 44.72 and 11.00 MPa,respectively,and the water absorption rate decreased to 6.3%.It is feasible to prepare LC3 with mineral powder as a substitute for calcium carbonate.The compressive and flexural strengths of LC3 in which calcium carbonate was replaced by fly ash had little change,and the fluidity,water absorption,compressive and flexural strengths of LC3 replaced by coal gangue powder and waste concrete powder showed poor performance,so they were not suitable to be used as a substitute for calcium carbonate.关键词
