摘要

Abstract

As an extremely nutritious coarse cereal crop,the quinoa-related industry is developed rapidly in China,with broad prospects.To promote the high-quality development of China's quinoa industry and provide scientific basis and decision-making reference for government policy formulation,enterprise technological research and development,and industrial upgrading,the current development status of China's quinoa industry was systematically sorted out.Meanwhile,the research progress of quinoa mechanized production technology was reviewed from three aspects:precision seeding equipment,efficient harvesting equipment,and information management systems.The results showed that China's quinoa industry was confronted with problems such as prominent ecological constraints in major producing areas,insufficient policy incentives for intensive and deep processing,and low full-process mechanization rate.Corresponding solutions were proposed from three aspects:integration of germplasm innovation and facility agronomy,reconstruction of policy systems and industrial ecology,and integration of intelligent agricultural machinery and digital systems.
