面向丘陵作业环境的小型拾石机设计与优化
Design and optimization of a small stone picker for hilly operating environments

Abstract
Aiming at the issues of poor operational stability and limited maneuverability in small to medium-sized farmlands for traditional stone pickers in the hilly regions of Sichuan in China,a lightweight stone picker with adjustable digging angles was developed in this study.The machine adopted a modular design,primarily consisting of a soil-shoveling device,stone-shifting device,transport-separation device,and power system.A hydraulic adjustment device is integrated to regulate the digging angle.The soil-shoveling device adopted a double-layer shoveling design,where the deep shovel and the shallow shovel worked together.This design could adapt to the layered distribution characteristics of gravel in Sichuan area and reduce the resistance during operation.The stone picker measured 3.6 m in length with a working width of 1.2 m and weighs 1 630 kg,representing a 48%reduction in average volume compared to traditional models,thus better suiting the fragmented farmland environment of Sichuan.Through simulation analysis,the maximum stress on the soil excavation device was determined to be 394.87 MPa,while the transport separation device experienced a maximum stress of 33.1 MPa.The strength of both the soil excavation device and the transport separation device is sufficient to ensure the normal operation of the stone picker.关键词
