Abstract
As an important component of the power system in pure electric vehicles,the efficiency of the reducer is crucial to the overall economy of the vehicle.A method for testing the efficiency of a speed reducer was proposed.The efficiency test conditions of the existing speed reducers for pure electric vehicles were compared with the proposed efficiency test conditions of the speed reducer.A hardware system simulating real working conditions was designed,and a test system based on LabVIEW was developed,which could automatically test,real-timely monitor,record and save data.The efficiency of the speed reducer was tested through this system to verify the reliability of the test system.The test results showed that:when the oil temperature of the speed reducer increased by 30℃,its comprehensive efficiency was averagely improved by 0.4%~1.0%,and the test system met the actual requirements in terms of monitoring,collection and control,showing certain application value.关键词
