愈疡健脾丸的急性和亚急性毒性试验研究
Study on the acute and subacute toxicity of Yuyang Jianpi Pill(愈疡健脾丸)

Abstract
Objective To study the acute and subacute toxicity of Yuyang Jianpi Pill(愈疡健脾丸,YYJPP)and evaluate its safety.Methods In the acute toxicity test,SD rats were randomly divided into a vehicle control group and a YYJPP group(7.6 g·kg-1).Admin-istered at a volume of 30 ml·kg-1,rats were observed for 14 days after a single dose,with general conditions including signs,status,body weight,and food intake recorded.In the subacute toxicity test,SD rats were randomly divided into the vehicle control group and high/medium/low-dose YYJPP groups(2.6,1.95 and 1.3 g·kg-1,respectively).Administered orally at 10 mL·kg-1 daily for 28 con-secutive days,general conditions were monitored.Organ coefficients were calculated,and blood routine examination,blood biochemis-try,and histopathological examinations were performed.Results In the acute toxicity test,no significant toxic reactions were observed in rats after a single administration of YYJPP at the maximum dose(7.6 g·kg-1).In the subacute toxicity tes,no significant toxic reactions were detected in all doses YYJPP groups following 28-day continuous administration.Conclusion YYJPP has no obvious acute and sub-acute toxicity in SD rats,indicating favorable safety.关键词
