Abstract
Objective To observe the evaluation value of combined detection of D-dimer(D-D),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),and C-reactive protein(CRP)in evaluating the severity illness and prognosis of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.Methods The clinical data of 115 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia admitted to the Department of Pediatrics of Nanjing Jiangning Hospital from July 2023 to July 2024 were retrospectively analyzed.The children were divided into mild group(70 cases)and severe group(45 cases)according to the severity of the disease,and according to the outcomes,they were divided into improvement group(88 cases)and poor prognosis group(27 cases).Univariate and multivariate logistic regression were used to analyze the influencing factors of the severity illness and prognosis of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children.The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was used to analyze the predictive value of each index alone and in combination for the severity illness and prognosis of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children.Results The D-D,LDH,and CRP levels in the severe group were higher than those in the mild group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that D-D,LDH,and CRP were independent risk factors for the severity of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(P<0.05).The D-D,LDH,and CRP levels in the poor prognosis group were higher than those in the improvement group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that D-D,LDH,and CRP were independent risk factors for the prognosis of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(P<0.05).The single detection of D-D,LDH,and CRP had certain predictive value for the severity illness and prognosis of children,but the area under the curve of the combined detection of the three items was larger(P<0.05).Conclusion D-D,LDH and CRP can be used to predict the severity illness and prognosis of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children,and combined detection can improve the predictive value for severe cases and poor prognosis.关键词
