摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the impact of preoperative micro video visits combined with postoperative cloud follow-up on the surgical quality and satisfaction of patients undergoing breast lesion resection.Methods Sixty patients who were scheduled to undergo breast lesion resection in the Operating Room of Jiangyin People's Hospital from January 2022 to October 2024 were selected and divided into groups using a lottery method.The control group consisted of 30 patients who received traditional operating room nursing,while 30 cases in the observation group underwent preoperative micro video visits combined with postoperative cloud follow-up.The physiological stress indicators and surgical quality score were measured,and the overall satisfaction rate was calculated for comparison in the two groups.Results The overall satisfaction rate and surgical quality score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the physiological stress indicators after nursing were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of preoperative micro video visits combined with postoperative cloud follow-up can further improve the surgical quality of breast lesion resection patients,reduce physiological stress,improve satisfaction,and is worthy of promotion and application.关键词
