Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of bundle nursing combined with whole person care in the mechanical ventilation treatment of premature infants with respiratory distress syndrome.Methods Sixty premature infants with respiratory distress syndrome who received mechanical ventilation treatment in the Neonatology Department of Huaian Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to September 2023 were selected and divided into groups using a lottery method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received traditional nursing,and the observation group implemented bundle nursing combined with whole person care on the basis of traditional nursing.The blood gas indicators and pulmonary oxygenation indexes were measured,and the total incidence of complications of the two groups was calculated and compared.Results The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the blood gas and pulmonary oxygenation indicators after intervention were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of bundle nursing combined with whole person care can improve the blood gas and pulmonary oxygenation indicators of premature infants with respiratory distress syndrome undergoing mechanical ventilation treatment,with better short-term prognosis,and is worthy of promotion.关键词
