摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of systematic nursing intervention in patients with vulvar leukoplakia.Methods A total of 130 patients with vulvar leukoplakia treated in the Department of Gynecology,the 960th Hospital of PLA Joint Logistics Support Unit from February 2021 to April 2024 were selected,and they were divided into control group(65 patients,receiving routine nursing)and observation group(65 patients,adding systematic nursing intervention)by random number table method.The quality of life and satisfaction scores were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the quality of life score in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the satisfaction score was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of systematic nursing intervention is good in patients with vulvar leukoplakia,which can improve the quality of life,and create a better nursing experience for patients.关键词
