2000-2024年地黄多糖研究热点及趋势的文献计量学分析
Bibliometric analysis of research hotspots and trends of Dihuang polysaccharides from 2000 to 2024
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the research dynamics of Dihuang polysaccharides from 2000 to 2024 using biblio-metric methods and identify research hotspots and frontiers.Methods:Based on the Web of Science core collection data-base and Chinese databases including CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,and CMB,literature related to Dihuang polysaccharides published from 2000 to 2024 was retrieved and analyzed using CiteSpace software.Visual analysis was conducted on publi-cation volume,authors,institutions,and keywords.Results:The annual publication volume of Chinese and English litera-ture showed an overall increasing trend,with Chinese publications peaking in 2014 and 2020,indicating rapid expansion in this field.English publications demonstrated a steady rise after 2015,reflecting growing international academic interest.Li Jin and Hu Yuanliang were the most prolific authors in Chinese and English literature,respectively.Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine emerged as the leading research institution with the highest publication output and extensive collaborations with other organizations.Keyword analysis revealed that research on Dihuang polysaccharides primarily fo-cused on antioxidant activity,immunomodulation,pharmacological effects,and extraction technologies.Conclusion:Re-search on Dihuang polysaccharides is deepening,with hotspots gradually expanding from basic studies to diverse applica-tions.Future efforts should strengthen molecular mechanism research,optimize extraction techniques,and leverage artifi-cial intelligence and omics technologies to promote their advanced application and translation in medicine and health indus-tries.Enhanced international academic collaboration and exchange will facilitate the global sharing and transformation of re-search outcomes.关键词
