基于网络药理学探讨柴胡-黄芩治疗支气管哮喘作用机制
Exploring the mechanism of Chaihu-Huangqin in treating bronchial asthma based on network pharmacology

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the signaling targets and pathways of the Chaihu-Huangqin pair in treating bronchial asthma(BA)using network pharmacology and bioinformatics.Methods:Active components and core targets of Chaihu-Huangqin for BA treatment were screened via the Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform(TCMSP).BA-related targets were extracted from DisGeNET,GeneCards,and OMIM databases.Intersecting targets between Chaihu-Huangqin and BA were identified using Venn diagrams.A herb-active component-common target network was constructed and analyzed using network analysis tools.A protein-protein interaction(PPI)net-work was built to identify key proteins.Gene Ontology(GO)functional enrichment and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)pathway analyses were performed on common targets using the DAVID database and the Microbioinfor-matics cloud platform.Results:Seventy-six common targets were identified between Chaihu-Huangqin and BA.The PPI network comprised 76 nodes and 646 edges,with 15 core targets screened:ABCB1,MMP2,EGFR,CASP3,HSP90AA1,MTOR,PARP1,PTGS2,MMP9,SRC,ESR1,Akt1,MPO,JAK2,and PIK3CG.GO analysis revealed pri-mary involvement in regulating protein kinase signal transduction and kinase activity.KEGG enrichment bubble charts indi-cated associations with the PI3K-Akt signaling pathway,metabolic pathways,and cancer-related proteoglycan pathways.Conclusion:This study elucidates the active components and key pathways of Chaihu-Huangqin in treating BA,providing a theoretical foundation for clinical research.关键词
