耳穴贴压联合视功能训练改善弱视患儿矫正视力的随机对照研究
A randomized controlled trial of auricular point sticking combined with visual function training for improving corrected visual acuity in children with amblyopia

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy and synergistic mechanism of auricular point sticking combined with visual function training in improving corrected visual acuity in children with amblyopia.Methods:A randomized controlled trial was conducted,enrolling 105 children with amblyopia from the Joint Shantou International Eye Center between June 2023 and June 2024.Participants were randomly assigned to either an intervention group(auricular point sticking+visual function training,n=53)or a control group(visual function training+placebo sticking,n=52).Both groups received standardized visual function training,while the intervention group additionally underwent auricular point stimulation(at eye,liver,spleen,and kidney points)with thrice-daily compression for 3 months.Primary outcomes were best-corrected visual acuity(LogMAR)and improvement magnitude(ΔLogMAR=baseline LogMAR-post-treatment LogMAR).Stepwise multiple linear regression analyzed predictors of ΔLogMAR.Results:Baseline characteristics were comparable(P>0.05).After 3 months,the intervention group demonstrated superior corrected visual acuity(LogMAR:0.28±0.16 vs.0.35±0.18;P=0.039)and greater ΔLogMAR improvement(0.19±0.14 vs.0.10±0.15;P=0.027).Multiple linear regression identified baseline visual acuity(b=-0.619),amblyopia severity(mild vs.moderate:b=0.584;severe vs.moderate:b=-0.800),combined auricular intervention(b=0.075),and daily occlusion duration(b=0.098)as independent predictors of ΔLogMAR(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Auricular point sticking combined with visual function training significantly improves visual acuity in amblyopic children compared to visual training alone.关键词
