Abstract
Objective:To explore the interventional effect of cognitive behavioral therapy on psychological status and resilience in human immunodeficiency virus/acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(HIV/AIDS)patients screened positive by the Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90).Methods:From March to June 2024,80 SCL-90-screened positive HIV/AIDS patients registered in Zhongshan Torch Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone were randomly assigned to an intervention group(n=39)receiving 6 sessions of structured CBT over 12 weeks plus routine health education follow-up,or a control group(n=41)receiving routine health education alone.The SCL-90 and Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)were used to assess psychological status and resilience before and after the intervention.Results:Seventy-two patients completed the study(intervention group:n=34;control group:n=38;total attrition rate:10%).Post-intervention analysis showed:The SCL-90 total score in the intervention group(153±15)was significantly lower than that in the control group(174±23)and significantly decreased from baseline(all P<0.001).No significant change was observed in the control group(P=0.064).The resilience total score in the intervention group(57.5±4.8)was significantly higher than that in the control group(47.5±4.3)and significantly increased from baseline(all P<0.001).The control group showed no significant change(P=0.133).Conclusion:Cognitive behavioral therapy effectively improves psychological status and enhances resilience in SCL-90-screened positive HIV/AIDS patients.关键词
