Scientific Thinking and Method of Preventing and Treating Chronic Complicated Diseases of Lung System with Collaterals

Abstract
Chronic complex diseases of lung system are not only common diseases in modern clinic,but also refractory diseases.With the development of collaterology theory,the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine is more prominent.With the etiology and pathogenesis of lung collaterals based on collaterals disease,with the development of traditional Chines e medicine prevention and treatment of lung collaterals disease as the core,with the pathological characteristics of"chronic dis-ease entering collaterals""collaterals deficiency blood stasis"and"stasis poison blocking collaterals"as the starting point,the scientific ideas of"taking control and leveling"and"staging treatment"principles for the treatment of chronic complex lung dis-eases and the treatment methods of"toning deficiency and removing stasis and clearing collaterals"are analyzed.In order to fur-ther enrich the connotation of treating lung system diseases with collaterals,and provide a new method for traditional Chinese medicine prevention and treatment of chronic and complex lung diseases.关键词
