基于数据挖掘分析针刺治疗乳腺癌癌痛的选穴规律
Based on Data Mining Analysis,the Selection Rules of Acupoints for Acupuncture Treatment of Breast Cancer Pain

Abstract
Objective Based on data mining technology,this study analyzes the regularity of acupoint selection for acupuncture treatment of breast cancer pain,explores the regularity of acupoint selection,and summarizes acupoint formulas,aiming to provide a reference basis for clinical acupuncture treatment of breast cancer pain.Methods Data sources include clinical research literature re-lated to breast cancer pain collected from the databases of CNKI,VIP Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database(VIP),Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform(Wanfang),SinoMed,PubMed,and Embase since their establishment until March 10,2024.A database was established using Microsoft Excel 2021 software to record acupoint names,frequencies,and meridians.The da-tabase was imported into SPSS Modeler 18.0 software for association rule analysis using the Apriori algorithm.Cytoscape3.10.2 soft-ware was used to draw a complex co-occurrence network diagram.Origin Pro 2022 software was used to perform cluster analysis on high-frequency acupoints and draw a dendrogram.Results A total of 42 articles were included,covering 112 acupoints with a cumu-lative frequency of 369 times.The top 5 acupoints with the highest frequency were Hegu(22 times),Zusanli(22 times),Quchi(15 times),Sanyinjiao(14 times),and Ashi points(13 times).The meridians associated with these acupoints mainly include the Hand-Yangming Large Intestine Meridian and the Foot-Yangming Stomach Meridian.Most of the acupoints used are located in the up-per limbs,with the Zusanli-Quchi acupoint group showing the strongest correlation.Based on cluster analysis,the acupoints were divided into 5 categories.Conclusion:Acupuncture treatment for breast cancer pain mainly focuses on the Hand-Yangming Large Intestine Meridian and the Foot-Yangming Stomach Meridian,with the upper limbs as the main selection site.Commonly used acu-points include Hegu,Quchi,Sanyinjiao,and Zusanli.关键词
