辛味受体在中风中的研究进展
Research and Analysis of Pungent Taste Receptors in Stroke Disease
摘要
Abstract
The theory of pungent taste comes from the theory of"five flavors"in traditional Chinese medicine,and the pun-gent taste receptors(TRPs)are a kind of G-protein-coupled receptors,which have the pharmacological effects of vasodilata-tion,anti-arteriosclerosis,lowering of high blood pressure,improvement of blood viscosity,excitation of the heart,and anti-platelet aggregation,etc.In the present article,it has combined the traditional theoretical knowledge on pungent taste medicines in traditional Chinese medicine with the knowledge on pungent taste medicines in modern medicine as a key point of research.This article took the understanding of traditional Chinese medicine theory and modern medicine on the role of pungent taste medi-cine and the role of TRPs as the key entry point,and was aimed to provide a new research direction for the clinical treatment of stroke and even cardio-cerebral vascular diseases by discussing the physicochemical expression of the TRPs in pungent taste medicine in the treatment of stroke disease.关键词
