慢性阻塞性肺疾病中医辨证存在的问题与对策

Abstract
Based on the in-depth study of authoritative literatures such as the Diagnosis and Treatment Guide for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease,the Criteria for Diagnosis and Treatment of TCM Syndrome of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Dis-ease(2011 edition)and the Guide for TCM Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease(2011 edition),as well as the planned textbooks TCM Internal Medicine and Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine,Combined with the comparative analysis of the composition of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)syndrome differentiation in recent 20 years,it is found that there are significant differences between authoritative literature and academic literature and between them.Therefore,this paper aims to comprehensively analyze the problems existing in TCM syndrome differentiation of COPD,and then put forward the ideas and methods of re-differentiation,so as to promote the standardization and standardization process of TCM syndrome differentiation of COPD.关键词
