摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the mental health status and influencing factors among HIV/AIDS patients in Zhongshan Torch Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone(Torch Zone),providing a scientific basis for psychological interventions. Methods:In November-December 2023,193 registered HIV/AIDS patients in the zone were enrolled.Data were collected through questionnaire surveys.Mental health was assessed using the Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90),social support was evaluated with the Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS),and socio-demographic,infection/treatment,and family cognition characteristics were collected.Correlation analysis explored the relationship between social support and mental health.Multivariate binary logistic regression identified factors influencing SCL-90 positivity.A decision curve analysis(DCA)model was constructed to evaluate the benefit of intervention strategies. Results:The total SCL-90 score(148±36)and scores for seven dimensions(somatization,obsessive-compulsive,depression,anxiety,phobic anxiety, paranoid ideation, psychoticism)were significantly higher than the national norm(P<0.05).The SCL-90 screening positivity rate was 41.5%(80/193).The total social support score was significantly negatively correlated with the total SCL-90 score(r=-0.360,P<0.01).Multivariate logistic regression showed that compared to patients with an annual household income≥¥200,000:Those with incomes of¥50,000-<100,000(OR=3.54,95%CI:1.22-10.27)and¥100,000-<200,000(OR=3.73,95%CI:1.44-9.63)had significantly higher risks of SCL-90 positivity.Having a college degree or higher(vs.primary school:OR=0.19,95%CI:0.05-0.79)and absence of adverse drug reactions(OR=0.41,95%CI:0.20-0.84)were protective factors. Not disclosing infection status to family/friends(OR=2.28,95%CI:1.08-4.79)and having no infected family members(OR=3.64,95%CI:1.12-11.88)were risk factors. The DCA model demonstrated that within the threshold probability range of 0.1-0.5,psychological interventions guided by this five-factor model yielded higher net benefit than universal intervention. Conclusion:Mental health problems are prominent among HIV/AIDS patients in Torch Zone.Psychological interventions should focus on patients with lower education levels,non-disclosure of infection status to family/friends,absence of infected family members, presence of adverse drug reactions, and lower annual household income.Implementing targeted interventions can enhance net benefit.关键词
