Research on the Coupling Relationship of Group Dynamics in Knowledge Co-Creation Within Online Health Communities

Abstract
[Purpose/Signficance]The paper measured the level of coupling and coordination among the group dynam-ics of knowledge co-creation in online health communities,providing insights for optimizing the coordinated development pattern.[Method/Process]Based on the three-dimensional dynamic subsystems of information support,emotional support,and patient compliance,this study selected appropriate coupling analysis indicators and conducted coupling analysis by using 19 803 valid comments from 462 seminar posts on the"YuAiGongWu"forum from March 2019 to March 2024,aim-ing to reveal the characteristics and levels of group dynamic coupling.[Result/Conclusion]Information support and emo-tional support are in a high-level coupling stage,while showing a slight imbalance;patient compliance and information support,emotional support are both in a high-level coupling stage,forming a benign relationship of effective interaction and mutual promotion between the dynamic systems.In terms of coordination,patient compliance and information support,emotional support are both showing basic coordinated coupling,and there is still great potential for development.关键词
