Abstract
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Kuntai Capsules combined with Tibolon in patients with climacteric syndrome.Methods Ninety-six patients with climacteric syndrome who visited the outpatient department of Lianyungang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from April 2023 to August 2024 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Tibolone,and the observation group was treated with Kuntai Capsules combined with Tibolone.The therapeutic effect,symptom score,sleep quality,emotional state and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of treatment,the total treatment effective rate of the observation group was 93.75%,which was higher than 79.17%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the modified Kupperman score,Pittsburgh sleep quality index score,9-item patient health questionnaire depression scale and generalized anxiety disorder score of the observation group([10.25±2.10],[6.10±1.47],[6.11±1.54],[5.36±1.14]points)were lower than those of the control group([14.33±2.23],[8.22±1.58],[8.73±2.01],[7.11±1.76]points)(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.Conclusion Kuntai Capsules combined with Tibolone can improve the treatment effect of patients with climacteric syndrome,reduce clinical symptoms,improve sleep quality and emotional state.关键词
