安康地区主要农作物及根系土硒含量特征与赋存形态研究
Characterization of Selenium Content and Speciationin Staple Crops and Their Root-associated Soils in Ankang,Shaanxi Province

Abstract
The aim of this study was tocharacterize selenium(Se)content in the edible parts of staple crops and their root-associated soils,as well as Se speciation in high-Se and Se-enriched crops,across Ankang area in Shaanxi Province,China.A total of 223 corn samples,215 rice samples,85 potato sam-ples,and corresponding root-associated soil samples were collected in the study area.The results showed that:(1)The Se contents in different crops and their root-associated soils had a coefficient of variation>105.16%,indicating significant variability in spatial distribution.The percentage of Se-enriched crop samples was ranked as follows:corn(47.98%)>rice(43.72%)>potato(40.00%),and the Se content in more than 58.60%of the soil samples was distributed in the range of 0.40-3.0 mg/kg.(2)A highly significant positive correlation was established between the Se contents in staple crops and their root-associated soils(P<0.01,R>0.644 1).When the respective soil Se content was 0.57,0.65,and 0.94 mg/kg,the Se content in corn,rice,and potato reached 0.15 mg/kg,which met the group standard for Se-enriched agricultural products-T/CATEA 003-2022.(3)Based on this standard to determine the Se-enriched and Se-containing status of crop,27.66%of corn,12.86%of rice,and 14.81%of potato samples were Se-enriched in medium-Se and low-Se(≤0.40 mg/kg)soils,whereas 31.25%of corn,35.86%of rice,and 44.83%of potato samples were Se-contai-ning in high-Se and Se-rich(>0.40 mg/kg)soils.There were 'missed classifications' of medium-Se and low-Se soils,as well as 'misclassifications' of high-Se and Se-rich soils,when the Se content of high Se and Se-rich soils was directly used to classify the production areas of Se-enriched agricultural products.(4)In terms of the mean bioconcentration factor,the Se enrichment capacity of staple crops followed the order:corn>rice>potato.(5)In high-Se and Se-enriched crops,Se mainly occurred in the form of selenomethionine,accounting for at least 48.34%of total Se on average.There was also a high proportion of Se(Ⅵ)in potato,reaching 41.86%.This study indicates that the staple crops in Ankang area have high Se content,with potential for the development of natural Se-enriched agricul-tural products.Attention should be paid to 'missed classifications' and 'misclassifications' when using soil Se content to classify the production areas of Se-enriched agricultural products.关键词
