不同微生物菌剂对西瓜生长及根结线虫防治的影响
Effects of Different Microbial Agents on Control Root Knot Nematodes and Growth of Watermelon

Abstract
This study investigated the effects of three microbial agents applied individually and in com-bination,on the control of root knot nematodes,plant growth,and nutritional quality in the watermel-on variety 'Linglongwang'.The aim was to provide theoretical guidance for scientific application of bactericides to control root knot nematodes in watermelon production.The results showed that T7 treatment(S.pactum+S.rochei+P.lilacinus 1∶1∶1)promoted the growth of watermelon plants and the accumulation of dry matter.Compared with CK,the plant height,stem thickness,fresh mass of shoots and dry mass of shoots increased by 16.72%,15.62%,49.66%and 67.65%,respectively.Mo-reover,T7 showed the best control effect on root knot nematode,achieving a control rate of 71.20%.In terms of nutritional quality,the T7 treatment resulted in the highest levels in vitamin C,total solu-ble sugar and soluble solids content,which increased by 26.91%,17.53%and 21.70%,respectively,compared with CK.关键词
