摘要

Abstract

To elucidate the functional roles of chalcone isomerase(CHI)genes in Astragalus mem-branaceus,we performed a comprehensive genome-wide identification and analysis of the CHI gene.A total of ten AmCHI genes were identified through integrated genomic and bioinformatics approaches.Subsequent analyses of their physicochemical properties,phylogenetic relationships,conserved motifs,and promoter cis-acting elements revealed key insights into their structural and functional features.The AmCHI genes are unevenly distributed across chromosomes,and their expansion appears to be predominantly driven by segmental and tandem duplication events under purifying selection pressure.Phylogenetic analysis indicated a high degree of evolutionary conservation between AmCHI proteins and CHI homologs from other plant species.Promoter element analysis suggested that AmCHI gene expression is likely regulated by abscisic acid,methyl jasmonate,photoperiod,and various abiotic stres-ses.Furthermore,qRT-PCR results analysis demonstrated tissue-specific expression patterns,with no-tably high transcript levels observed in leaves.
