Abstract

Five pairs of microsatellite primers were used to identify the paternity of Oplegnathus fasciatus in Yinshan Bay,Weihai,Shandong Province,to evaluate the stock enhancement of O.fasciatus in June 2023.The results of the microsatellite polymorphism analysis showed that the average number of alleles(Na),average observed het-erozygosity(Ho),average expected heterozygosity(He),and average polymorphism information content(PIC)for 158 breeding parents and 542 recaptured individuals were 33.6,0.709 2,0.829 6,and 0.819,respectively.The results of the parent-child relationship analysis showed that the non-parental exclusion rates(NEP)and cumu-lative non-parental exclusion rates(CEP)for the five microsatellite loci ranged from 0.191 to 0.836 and 0.994 296 65,respectively,when the gender of the parents was unknown.Therefore,the comprehensive analysis showed that among the 542 recaptured individuals,8 were confirmed as offspring of the parents from this stock enhancement in the simulation analysis,and the contribution rate of this stock enhancement to recaptured individu-als was 1.48%.
