摘要

Abstract

In the present paper,the(CoCrFeNi)91Al6Ti3 high-entropy alloy was prepared by vacuum induction melting,cold rolling,and heat treatment.The tensile properties of this alloy at both room and high temperatures were systematically investigated.Additionally,the deformation mechanisms of the alloy were discussed and ana-lyzed.The results indicate that with the increasing temperature,the tensile and yield strengths of the(CoCrFe-Ni)91 Al6Ti3 alloy gradually decrease,while the elongation first increases and then decreases.The alloy shows excellent strength combined with considerable plasticity at 600 ℃.The primary strengthening phases in the(CoCrFeNi)91Al6Ti3 alloy are high-density L12 nanoparticles,and blocky and flaky L21 phases.The synergistic effect of these two phases endows the alloy with excellent tensile properties at 600 ℃,i.e.,a tensile strength of 754 MPa and an elongation of 22.9%.Electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM)analysis revealed that the generation of both dislocations and stacking faults contributed to the good ductility of the(CoCrFeNi)91Al6Ti3 alloy.
