Four Modes and Their Development and Evolution of"Uncertainty Space"Since Modernism
摘要
Abstract
Adopting the theoretical perspective of"uncertainty"—specifically focusing on the concept of"uncer-tainty space"(as opposed to"certainty")—this study analyzes the four modes of"uncertainty space"in 20th-cen-tury modern architecture:fluid space,promenade space,shared space,and in-between space,alongside their phe-nomena of"recombination"and"integration"in the 21st-century architecture.Moreover,through six key as-pects-spatial structural order,boundaries,forms,functions,distribution,and experience-the study summarizes the development patterns,evolution trajectories,and trends governing"uncertainty space"since the modernist era.关键词
