Abstract
Leveraging multi-type power sources for frequency support while disregarding dispatch non-anticipativity could challenge the physical feasibility of steady-state optimization with frequency dynamics.To this end,this paper elucidates the mechanism between the time-series uncertainty-mining characteristics of multi-type generation outputs during unit commitment in low-inertia systems with concentrating solar power and systems' sequential dispatch process in primary frequency reserve(PFR)and secondary frequency reserve(SFR).A multi-stage adaptive robust mixed-integer unit commitment(UC)model based on mixed decision rules(MDR)is further proposed.Additionally,targeting a challenging computationally demand posed by high-dimensional variables and discontinuity of the uncertainty set,an effective solution is proposed that integrates a lifted convex hull equivalent modeling with linear duality arguments and cutting plane method.Finally,the DN-based look-ahead rolling economic dispatch(ED)model is proposed.Simulations results demonstrate that the proposed multi-stage robust FCUC model is effective in leveraging frequency regulation characteristics of CSP plants and ensuring the frequency security.关键词
