Advances in the Use of Tacrolimus for Adverse Reactions After Renal Transplantation
摘要
Abstract
Renal transplantation is one of the main treatment methods for end-stage renal disease,and tacrolimus(TAC)is an immunosuppressant widely used in renal transplantation,to achieve anti-transplant rejection by inhibiting T cell activation and proliferation.However,in addition to the significant efficacy.TAC has a series of adverse reactions in the application of renal transplantation,including nephrotoxic-related diseases,cardiovascular diseases,neurological diseases,etc.Therefore,it is important to take corresponding management measures to improve the effectiveness of TAC.On the basis of previous studies on adverse reactions,this article aims to provide reference and guidance for further clinical practice of rational drug use after renal transplantation.关键词
