通督利咽针法治疗卒中后假性球麻痹疗效观察
Efficacy of acupuncture for unblocking governor meridian and relieving pharynx on pseudobulbar palsy after stroke

Abstract
Objective It is to evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture for unblocking governor meridian and relie-ving pharynx in the treatment of post-stroke pseudobulbar palsy,and to provide reference for clinical management of this disease.Methods Fifty-six patients with post-stroke pseudobulbar palsy who visited the Brain Disease Hospital of Affiliated Hospital of Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine from August 2023 to March 2024 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 28 patients in each group.The patients of both groups were treated with standardized basic therapy for cerebrovascular diseases.Concurrently,the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture thera-py,while the observation group was treated with acupuncture for unblocking governor meridian and relieving pharynx,both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The scores of Standardized Swallowing Assessment(SSA),scores of Swallowing Quality of Life(SWAL-QOL)and classification of Water Swallowing Test(WST)of patients in the two groups were observed and compared before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacies of the two groups were assessed.Results The SSA scores and WST classification of the two groups were significant lower,while the scores of SWAL-QOL were significantly higher af-ter treatment than those before treatment(all P<0.05),and the SSA scores and WST classification of the observation group were significantly lower,and scores of SWAL-QOL were significantly higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group after treatment[92.86%(26/28)VS.82.14%(23/28),P<0.05].Conclusion Acupuncture for unblocking governor meridian and relieving pharynx is significantly effective in the treatment of post-stroke pseudobulbar palsy,it can obviously improve pa-tients'swallowing function and quality of life.关键词
