新医改以来基本公共卫生服务均等化的研究进展和发展趋势
Research progress and development trend of equalization of basic public health services since the new healthcare reform

Abstract
Objective To study the existing literature with bibliometric tools on the equalization of basic public health services since the new medical reform,and to analyze its status quo and development trend.Meth-ods NoteExpress and CiteSpace software were used to quantitatively analyze the authors,research institutions,hot keywords,and potential future research trends of the topic literature,and visualize them using a knowledge graph.Results No core author group had been formed,and there was relatively few collaboration among scholars and institutions.Co-occurrence analysis results indicated that equalization,public health,migrant population,and countermeasures were key nodes and hot keywords.Cluster analysis and timeline demonstrated from a macro per-spective that scholars'research focus had shifted from institutional reform to specific populations.The emergence analysis results suggested that the floating population,influencing factors,and health records might be the focus of future research.Conclusions Subsequent research on equalization of basic public health services should take into consideration the historical background and policy orientation,and promote the equalization process through indica-tor system guidance and joint efforts between universities and grassroots.关键词
