家庭经济视域下医疗救助对象的识别精度研究:基于CHFS数据OA

Objective Based on the recognition of medical aid by traditional family economic factors,this paper explores the influence of adding family sociological factors on the recognition effect,so as to provide refer-ence for further improving the identification guidelines.Methods The data were collected from the 2019 survey of China Household Finance Survey(CHFS),and 4 groups and 5 groups of household sociological and economic characteristic variables from different dimensions were selected.The family sociological variables that significantly affected medical aid were selected by stepwise regression,and the multi-factor ROC test was performed based on the family economic characteristics.Results In the univariate ROC test,the accuracy of family medical expenditure was 0.665 8(P＜0.001),followed by the total annual family income 0.6164(P＜0.001).Stepwise regression analysis results showed significant performance in 6 sociological characteristics,including the education back-ground of the household head.Multivariate ROC test was conducted based on household economic characteristics,and the result was increased to 0.719 1(P＜0.001).Conclusions"Household Debt","Household Head Charac-teristics"and"Population Characteristics"can compensate for the deviation caused by"Household Income"as the main identification condition.External family conditions filter the rich,and then integrate the family multidi-mensional identification of the poor can reduce leakage rates.
