共同富裕背景下农村社会保障制度研究OA

Common prosperity is an essential requirement of socialism and an important feature of Chi-nese-style modernization.The rural social security system is related to the modernization of rural areas and the re-alization of the goal of common prosperity.It is an important institutional arrangement for promoting rural social de-velopment and sharing the benefits of development.Taking the rural social security system as the research object,this article clarifies the theoretical logic of the rural social security system promoting common prosperity,that is,the rural social security system can expand domestic demand within society,drive economic growth,promote rural revitalization and share the benefits of development,thus being beneficial to promoting common prosperity.Mean-while,it analyzes the problems existing in the rural social security system,mainly manifested as the lagging devel-opment of social security legalization,insufficient social assistance and security,incomplete social insurance pro-jects and low security levels,and weakened social welfare functions.On this basis,it puts forward countermeas-ures to improve the rural social security system,with the aim of helping rural residents achieve common prosperity.
