不同马铃薯品种在湖南省的综合性状表现
Comprehensive Performance of Different Potato Varieties in Hunan Province

Abstract
Potato,as one of the world's major staple crops,plays an essential role in global food security and agricultural economic development.With the growing demand for high-quality agricultural products and the increasing need for regional climate adaptability,the selection and promotion of elite potato varieties have become a key focus of current agricultural research.This study comprehensively evaluated the growth characteristics,yield components,tuber phenotype,tuber quality,and amino acid profile of eight potato varieties,using'Zhongshu 3'as a control.In terms of earliness,'Huashu 9'performed outstandingly,with both high yield potential(2 427 kg/667m2)and a good marketable tuber percentage(95.34%).In terms of quality,'Huashu 9'had the highest dry matter content(22.59%)and protein content(3.01%),along with excellent marketable tuber percentage and tuber weight,demonstrating superior processing and nutritional value.'Zhongshuzao 47'scored the highest in taste quality(6.04 points),meeting consumer demand for flavor.The tuber phenotypes and amino acid compositions of the varieties also exhibited diversity,with glutamic acid and aspartic acid being the main components.Heavy metal contents(cadmium and selenium)were within safe limits.The comprehensive evaluation indicates that'Huashu 9',with its combined advantages of earliness,high yield,high marke-table tuber percentage,and excellent taste quality,is a suitable candidate for promotion in Hunan Province.This study would provide essential scientific data to support the optimization of potato varieties and the development of the industry in Hunan Province.关键词
