Abstract
Objective:To explore the specific effects of Idebenone combined with Memantine Hydrochloride Tablets in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease(AD),such as further improving the curative effect and improving the mental state,so as to provide a reliable reference for clinical treatment.Method:A total of 162 AD patients treated in the Pingxiang No.2 People's Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 81 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Memantine Hydrochloride Tablets,and the observation group was treated with Idebenone in combination on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,mental state,neurotransmitter level,oxidative stress response,cognitive function,life ability and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of observation group(96.30%)was higher than that of control group(83.95%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in mental state,neurotransmitter level,oxidative stress response,cognitive function and life ability between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the scores of all dimensions in the mini-mental state examination(MMSE),5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),γ-aminobutyric acid(GABA),glutamine(Gln),superoxide dismutase(SOD),MoCA and daily living ability scale(ADL)scores of the observation group were higher than those in the control group,malondialdehyde(MDA)was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Idebenone combined with Memantine Hydrochloride Tablets in the treatment of AD is effective,it can improve mental state,cognitive function,regulate the level of neurotransmitter,reduce oxidative stress reaction,improve life ability,and is safe and reliable.关键词
