摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of skeletal and non-skeletal microsurgical varicocelectomy in varicocele(VC).Method:Eighty-two patients with VC were selected, and admitted to Zhangzhou Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from January 2022 to December 2024.They were divided into two groups by random number table method, with 41 cases in each group. The control group underwent non-skeletal microsurgical varicocelectomy, while the observation group underwent skeletal microsurgical varicocelectomy. The perioperative indicators, sexual function, semen quality, quality of life, recurrence rate, and complications of the two groups were compared.Result:The operation time of the observation group was(62.35±5.48)min,which was longer than(48.63±4.76)min of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in intraoperative blood loss between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in sexual function, semen quality and quality of life between the two groups before and 3 months after the operation(P>0.05).Three months after the operation, the international index of erectile function-5(IIEF-5)scores,sperm concentration and the rate of forward-moving sperm in both groups were higher than those before the operation, while the rate of sperm deformity was lower than that before the operation(P<0.05).The psychological and physiological scores of the two groups 3 months after the operation were higher than those before the operation(P<0.05).No recurrence occurred in both group. The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both skeletal and non-skeletal surgical treatment for VC can improve patients'sexual function, semen quality, and quality of life, however, skeletal microsurgical varicocelectomy has fewer complications.关键词
