清热调经汤配合拔罐治疗湿热瘀阻型痛经的临床效果观察
Observation on the Clinical Effect of Qingre Tiaojing Decoction Combined with Cupping in the Treatment of Dysmenorrhea with Damp-Heat and Blood Stasis Type

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Qingre Tiaojing Decoction combined with cupping in the treatment of dysmenorrhea with damp-heat and blood stasis type.Method:A total of 60 patients with dysmenorrhea with damp-heat and blood stasis type admitted to Pingxiang Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2023 to September 2024 were selected and divided into two group by random number table method.The control group(n=30)was treated with Diclofenac Sodium Suppositories,on this basis,the observation group(n=30)was treated with Qingre Tiaojing Decoction combined with cupping.The TCM symptoms scores,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the TCM syndromes scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.0%,which was higher than 56.7%of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Qingre Tiaojing Decoction combined with cupping can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with dysmenorrhea with damp-heat and blood stasis type and improve the clinical treatment effect.关键词
