升阳益胃汤加减联合四联疗法对脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的临床疗效

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of modified Shengyang Yiwei Decoction combined with quadruple therapy in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)of spleen and stomach weakness type.Method:A total of 82 patients with CAG of spleen and stomach weakness type admitted to Tai'an Central Hospital Affiliated to Qingdao University from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with quadruple therapy,and the experimental group was treated with modified Shengyang Yiwei Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,gastric function indexes,inflammatory factors and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were observed and recorded.Result:The total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of various traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and the indicators of various inflammatory factors in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of serum pepsinogen Ⅰ(PGⅠ),gastrin-17(G-17),and pepsinogen Ⅱ(PGⅡ)were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The modified Shengyang Yiwei Decoction combined with the quadruple therapy has a remarkable effect in treating CAG caused by spleen and stomach weakness type.It can improve various symptoms,enhance gastric function,relieve gastric damage,and has relatively good safety.关键词
